Things to Draw With

It’s so hard to remember to really draw. It’s so easy just to buy more gear instead. That’s probably why I have a hundred empty sketchbooks and more pencils and brushpens than I can count. So I decided to draw a little comic about some of the tools of the trade.

I’m trying to focus on drawing more and more. I am currently in the middle of a 50-some-odd-page graphic memoir about a search for the origins of New Haven pizza. I really have no excuses: as I posted here recently, I always have drawing stuff with me. It’s just a matter of actually doing it. Anyway, for now, here’s this page about the stuff you can use to draw. Theoretically.
